DISPLACED examines the fragile authority of the architectural space and the capacity of photography to destabilise it.

The work operates within a tension between recognition and disorientation. Calm light and balanced compositions initially invite the viewer into images that appear stable and legible. Gradually, the cues for interpretation - depth, scale and utility - begin to contradict one another. What remains are fragments of the built world that feel both familiar and strangely unstable.

Photography becomes not simply a tool for documenting architecture, but a device capable of undoing its authority and, within the photographic image, the built environment reveals an unexpected fragility.
